Which is an better option,

  1. Creating a multiple tenant of segregating Business area ?
  2. Creating Multiple folder with Business area name under single Tenant?

in my opinion second option is best since we could go for machine templates for bots so that we can share the bots across all the folders. if we go with the different tenants for different business there are two main issues.

  1. Maintenance of tenants very difficult comparing maintaining folders in the same tenant.

  2. we have to assign individual bots to different tenants that would be very costly in terms of licensing.
