Advanced Search - Ignore Commented Out Activities

Could we have some more advanced controls on the search in studio - i.e When searching a tick box that can be ticked to ignore anything that is commented out when searching.

Quite often I put message boxes in my flow for playback sessions with the process owner, which are later commented out. I find them all with the search, but it still finds the ones that are commented out, so I have to be extra careful to ensure I haven’t missed one.
