I obtained my UiARDv1 certification from Certmetrics through PersonVUE in 2019. When I try to enter the code, I get the error message “This discount is only available after the candidate has already taken/scheduled the required exams.”
Why can’t I use the coupon if I apparently meet the requirements?

It’s because this is applicable to the users who’s certification is still valid till October 15, 2026. Normally the certification is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.
In your case it’s already expired.
