Adobe sign credentials

I have an enterprise level Adobe Sign license. I am not an admin, just a user. Following the instructions for getting the OAuth credentials set up I reached out to IT and they set them up but when I use them for my OAuth Authorization Code I get the following error message:

If I choose passthrough it seems to go through but when I try to get the result returned I either get the object not set error or just a blank message box.
