Administrator access

My developer went awol and he was the administrator of the account where I am in the account but not an admin. Now I need to either gain admin rights to the account through some method other than he granting it to me ( as he went dark) or open a new account and port over the code. How can I do one or the other?

Welcome to UiPath Community and sorry to hear your problem.

If you are on Enterprise license, you should be checking with UiPath Support. There is no option from your end to get your access level upgrade.

If on Community open a new account and port over the code is the quickest option you have.

Download the packages from old account from tenant feed → packages and upload the downloaded to new tenant.

Thank you so much. So Sorry, just one last question(s) /confirmation(s) …

1-not being an administrator on the account I can still do the below….e.g access/ move packages /bot code to new account?

2- once done bots run exact same way and I have full access to code to tweak etc?

3-is there a link to UiPath step by step documention somewhere on how to do this?

It depends on the access you have. But I think you should be having enough to download the packages.

Yes, it will just run/schedule as you need.
