Added New User To Cloud Orchestrator. They Can Access Orchestrator But The Tenant Window Is Blank

On adding new user to Cloud Orchestrator. It is possible to access Orchestrator but the Tenant window is blank. All other users can see the Tenant window.

Root Cause: This issue is experienced when the system time is not set correctly on the affected user's machine.

Resolution: Correct the system time, log out of all current instances of Automation Cloud and login again.
