Add Text at bottom of Word document or PDF page

I am trying to get a bot to add a reference at the bottom of each page. For example, page 1, would be A-1, page 2 would be A-2. I am having issues trying to figure out how to make this happen. I was curious if anyone has dealt with this issue before.

For Word, use the Word activities.

For PDF it depends. Are they digital PDFs (ie text) or are they scans? Do you have the full Acrobat software (not just reader) available to edit PDFs? If not you’re going to have to do it via vb.net script using a library like PDFSharp. I don’t know if that’s even possible in StudioX, I don’t know anything about StudioX.
