I think the excel format is removing the 0000 form the cell

make the first column type in the excel as text and then write them in the first column and check

through excel write range it is not working but through workbook write range it is working properly.

If you enter manually and press enter you can see the 0 to be disappeared in the columns because of the datatype @neha.kumarief868

You can use formet cells modern activity activity
