Is there a way to upload more than 128 character Reference in Queue item?
My Queue values are dynamic and can exceed up to 200 characters.

You can create a custom reference
I dont believe so, it perhaps sounds like you are trying to store too much info in the reference. Can some of this not be in the Specific Content?
