Add Events to Google Calendar via Browser

Hey everyone,

I am trying to create an automation that will add day-long events to Google Calendar. Think Vacation Out of Office. However, I cannot seem (perhaps as a result of google website architecture) to be able to use hotkey or click on Google websites. Has anyone else run into a similar problem, or know an easy way to add events to Google Calendar (not tied into the computers calendar program but directly via web). Thanks!

Yes, I have. But they don’t seem to support Google Calendar (as they do the email and spreadsheets programs).

The only other thing I can think of to help get around the the UI and/or hotkeys is the Google API. This would be much more effective but not sure how easy to implement on your end.
