Activity to read amounts and click on non - complete accounts

Hello ,

      I am working on a application automaton of citrix and i want to design in such a way that if my columns "status" is not complete and column "amount" is between "$ 0-9.99 or ($ 0- 0.99)" than bot should click on that row and right click to complete it. please see image below for better explanation.
