Activities are skipped while running the automation

Hi, When I ran the automation, some times it runs successfully and some times it is failing saying that the time out exception. please let me know what should I do for consistent performance.

Note: some time it is skipping clicking the radio button (4 radio buttons and a Save button).

It could be a variety of reasons
*maybe the selector changes everytime it reaches there, so selector tweaking must be necessary
*maybe you will need an anchor to a text or element, to make sure that the click will be always on the same place
