Active Dictionary & Local User Issue

Hi Team,

For some users, while assigning roles we are unable to find Local entries. Its showing only directory user. Below attaching screenshots, this user has local entry but It’s not showing while assigning role.

For the same user when we change Domain Name, Local entry is coming to assign the role but after assigning role in this method, it’s showing user as Directory user only.

For some users we are not getting these issues, both the local and directory user entries are getting as shown below,
