Active accessibility not working on NetSuite site

Hi Guys, I am trying to get a selector for line items for the ‘MEMO’ column from the Netsuite site. Still, active accessibility is not working and if Memo by chance I am able to type in the memo field it will hamper all activity after that, please help me out with a solution.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

There could be several reasons why active accessibility is not working on the NetSuite site. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check if you have the latest version of UiPath Studio and UiPath Chrome Extension installed.
  2. Make sure that you have enabled active accessibility in the Chrome browser. To do this, go to the Chrome menu, select “Settings,” and then go to “Accessibility.”
  3. Check if there are any extensions or plugins installed in Chrome that might be causing conflicts with active accessibility. You can try disabling these extensions to see if that resolves the issue.
  4. Try using a different browser, such as Firefox or Edge, to see if active accessibility works better in a different browser.
  5. If the issue persists, you may need to contact UiPath support for further assistance. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and identify any potential solutions.

It’s also worth noting that the UiPath Chrome Extension may not work properly if you are using an older version of Chrome. In this case, you may need to update your Chrome browser to the latest version.

Thanks, Sudheer, I install the latest version of studio, and now it is working fine
