Current behavior: I am connecting company’s VPN and My Firewall is disabled. Activation failed with error: -4304 Error description: Error connecting to activation server.

when disconnected the VPN and using local network, it’s shows Activation failed with error: 0 Error description: Cannot use Community Edition on this machine after activating a trial or Enterprise license code. Please enter a valid license key. License status: Device ID already activated Device ID: nl6s4o/Jl/SxhMBmwPRS. This is a new laptop, how Device ID already activated? Please help
