Actions in new Chrome tab

I use the click action on a target on the site that contains a new address, I have no way to put the address directly because every week it changes.

Opens a new tab with this new address, but when trying to use the click action on this new tab or any other action, the program points to the initial tab.

Is there any way that he points the new actions to this new tab with this new address?
