Actions assigned but no notification

I have a simple agent with an escalation app.

Escalation settings are as below and user has Action Center license and has notifications for both Automation Cloud and Email notifications enabled in the personal settings.

The task IS created, and in Action Center, the task IS assigned to the correct user. It’s just the notification part that’s not working. How long is the delay for notifications normally?

Ideas, anyone?

Cheers,
Jeppe

@jjes Action Center notifications, including emails, can take up to 30 minutes to be delivered, depending on system load and configuration.

@arjun.shiroya is 30 the absolute max? Have been waiting for a notification for over an hour now.

Really strange.

@jjes 30 mins is the expected max so 1+ hour isn’t normal. Please check if the task was created in Action Center and review SMTP/email logs.

Tasks are created AND assigned in Action Center. Where do I check mail logs - just using default mail settings in the Cloud Platform (SendGrid).

Check email logs in SendGrid: log in to your connected SendGrid account and go to Activity to see sent, delivered, or failed emails. UiPath Cloud doesn’t store mail logs.

No sendgrid account, just 100% generic, no-customization email settings in Orchestrator.

Check if a normal action triggers a notification, just to benchmark it Jeppe. Isolate if this is an agent issue or a action center notification issue.
