How to troubleshoot "Action does not exist. Error code: 1002 at UiPath.Persistence.Activities" ?
Issue: An "Access Denied" error is thrown when attempting to resume a job.
Root Cause: This error typically occurs when the user or Robot account that tries to resume the job does not have the required access to the Folder where the Action associated with the job is created.
Resolution: Follow the below steps,
- Identify the Folder where the Action is created
- Verify Robot account access
- Assign the user to the Folder or use the same User / Robot account.
