We have created some tasks in Action Center. However suddenly I am not able to reassign the actions to other users. I can just assign to self.
Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
You mean from Ui or from activity?
Are you seeing any error? If ao what is it?

The users were not able to reassign a task to another user in Action Center itself. I had given that user “Action User” Role in Orchestrator. Solved the issue by giving them “Action Manager” role also. Not sure if that is the correct way of assigning roles to business users. Any pointers to documentation would be of great help.

I think you should have administrator role assigned , then only you can assign the tasks to any other user, try giving administrator and see.
