Action center Failed to load

Issue Description

Cannot browse the Action Center site, encountering an unknown pop-up that causes the page to reload continuously with error pop-ups.

Possible Cause

A self-signed certificate for the Orchestrator may be used, which can cause browsing issues in Chrome and Edge, leading to the error "ERR_SSL_KEY_INCOMPATIBLE." This behavior is expected after recent browser updates in Chrome and Edge.

In a similar scenario, Orchestrator can be opened in Firefox due to this limitation but issues arise when trying to access the Action Center directly. This occurs because the Action Center relies on the Orchestrator’s identity for security validation.

Resolution

Solution 1:

  1. Navigate to the Orchestrator URL and sign in.
  2. After logging into Orchestrator, open a new tab and access the Action Center. Action Center should now be accessible without issues.

Solution 2:

Use a CA-signed or domain certificate for both the Orchestrator and Action Center to ensure that the identity page loads properly in all browsers. Alternatively, use digitally signed SSL certificates.
