Action Center & Exceptions


I am looking to use orchestrator manage and have visibility on all of our process from the data arriving in a queue to exceptions being passed to people to complete. At present all exceptions are recorded using data from the queue itself and are completed within another system with no viability of completion or time of completion within the orchestrator. We also look to auto retry these items 5 times before they fail and need to be completed manually.

Is it possible to utilise action center as an exception handler? i.e are we able to retry items 5 times, once it reaches that 5 retry limit are we able to pass it into a specific team in action center to be completed manually. Essentially giving us full visibility of every item that we process whether by robot or a person.
