Action center : Add extracted value option is disabled for non extracted fields, I can change extracted value but couldn’t add new value to non extracted fields.
Before adding extracted value, when you are training the PDF is that time did you selected value field?
If not first train your pdf then try to add extracted field
and check that action got assigned to someone or in editing like.. check these scenarios whether that task got locked like
Bot was trained for all fields, it was working fine till last week. we don’t what happened suddenly. is there any way to find out
‘Add extracted value’ option gets enabled only when you select/highlight any value on document. Its disabled by default
