Acrobat reader error

I am trying to read some data from excel and type those data to a PDF File
I have indicate the area for input but when I compile I saw error like this.
Any suggestions:?

Also found my PDF is “secured”, but I can do manual edit on the pdf.
Is it related to the error I encountered?

I am working on a tagged one, but take this as an example as I encountered the same error

my flow is : use application , and open this pdf in adobe acrobat reader 2019,
then “type in” some words in the selected field
