Acme test confirmation code

Hi all

I was unable to login with my UiPath login credentials in the ACME system. When i chosen for request for new password in the ACE system i didn’t receive the confirmation code from the registered UiPath login credentials.

Kindly help on this to get the confirmation code.Please advise where there alternate ways to login in ACME system.
