Acme Not giving a Monthly Report

I am not getting a Monthly Report from ACME.
I have reset my data and rerun my other robot, but I go through the full year and no reports come up on any of the WI4 work orders.

Using the wrong ID.

Are you using wrong id ? And also may I know what browser are you using here ?

I was using the WIID instead of the Tax ID.
I’m using internet explorer.

Oh ok. You have to use Tax ID only. Now are you getting monthly reports right ?
