Acent Excel different character

Hello guys, I would take a word with acent in my excel (Goiânia) but when I take this word comming like a error.

How i can take this word corretly?

Could you please print the value using either Message Box or Write Line Activity before Typing Into SAP application and check once whether it’s printing value properly or not.
