Account Unavailable - UiPath Academy

I am getting this page when I tried to log into UiPath academy.

“Your account has been locked, deactivated, or permanently deleted. Please contact us if this was done in error.”
Its the same for all the options in the pages

The issue may be due to policy violation or due to multiple failure attempts.

Could you please follow below:

  1. Clear cache & browing history
  2. Try to login & check

If issue persists, raise support ticket with UiPath.

I tried both options, including Incognito mode, but the issue persists.

Looks like you visited the academy after long long time :smiley: As the academy moved to https://academy.uipath.com/ from previous URL there could be chance your account got archived due to inactivity.

I would suggest to change login method from user id/password to Google login or something else and try.

I attempted login via ID/Password and Google account; both resulted in the same error.
Any other suggestions!

Tried with forgot password, ? it might help you see either account present or remove, if you received mail to reset password then reset the password and try logging in with email and sign in with google?

Looks like you are accessing your account after a long while.

I would suggest to create a new account if you are okay.

However, if there is a course/training history from your past interactions with UiPath site, you can try contacting UiPath to revive your account.

it may not be feasible especially if its been too long but its worth a try if you are only looking to reuse your past account.

I tried to reset the password and was able to do so, but even after the reset, the issue remains the same.

I’ve completed some courses under that account. However, when I try to create a support request, it asks for a license code. I’d appreciate it if you could guide me on how to raise the appropriate request in this situation
