Accidentally Upgraded Out Of Community

My account wouldn’t let me add an unattended robot, so I tried to make a new tenant to start from scratch like I saw on a forum. It said I would need a basic plan for $25 a month to get 3 tenants. I paid, but not only did it not allow a 2nd tenant, but it removed my community license and with that the unattended robot. Can you please help me switch back? This software is great. Thank you!

@Daniel_Sontag

you might need to delete and recreate organization or use a different email as once it changes from community there is no switching back

If you make a new tenant the licenses would not increase as community license has a limited set of licenses which can be used on the tenants. license is at org level

Also just for info..Community should not be used for commercial purposes as per license..for personal use and learnings you can

cheers

@Daniel_Sontag,

Ok so you enrolled for basic plan which will be tagged with your email id. So as per my knowledge you will get the features available in the plan for the month period. Even you try recreating the organization, you will get the same features.

Creating an account with another email id is the only option you have for now. Again do remember that the community license is only for educational purposes not for any real life business automation.

It’s always good to do requirement and license features analysis before you purchase.
