Accessing UiPath Forum not possible

Hello,

when trying to load the forums webpage from our citrix environment it gets stuck in the loading animation for most of our users. If I access it from my account it´s available, but not if I use a private window or a different browser (firefox instead of edge). Then I get stuck in the loading animation as well.

could this be related to this error?

Hi @Dalan

Would it be possible for you to double check which requests don’t go through (the Network tab of the browser console above as you freshly load the page).

Are there any blocked scripts in there?

Thank you for more info. I am still unsure what might be the cause, but one thing that could help here is to compare this Network tab between the working and not working scenario.

I don’t immediately see a lot that is wrong here, but to give one example of something strange - I do not get any 307 status code responses for any resources for our Forum when I try it myself. And on your screenshot there are several.

Hi Maciej,

unfortunately accessing the forum from my instance stopped working as well. I get the same 307 errors. I´m logged in using a personal device to write this message.

Hi,

today is is working again, I don´t see any 307 errors. But that´s only for me, not for my colleagues
