Accessing Orchestrator Outside Server(Ec2)

Hi ,

We have installed OnPrem Orchestrator on a ec2 instance.
due to company’s security policy public IP cant be assigned to the instance.

We are able to access the orchestrator web app within the same ec2 instance with URL provided by orchestrator i.e: https://<“hostname”>/

but we are not able to access it from other systems which are allowed to access that ec2 instance with all protocols and ports open for source ip.

We are able to ping ec2 IP from the source system via cmd.

It was not about orchestrator API.

However, now issue is fixed, we need to import the SSL certificate in the machine we need to access the Orchrestrator and , map the orchestrator server ip with its host name in our system’s hosts file.
