Accessing MYOB Grid

Hi,

I have been working on automating few tasks in MYOB AE. I had been having many issues accessing the cells inside the grid view. Below are few of the issues I had.

1. In the below screenshot I would like to click on MyGov Correspondence 2020 link. When I use Click activity, UI explorer recognizes just the grid and not anything inside it.
   

   

2. In the second screenshot I would like to click on the checkbox. Here as well, UI explorer can read just the grid and not any element which is inside the grid.
   

   

3. Here I am trying to access that Text VIC but I cant find the control.
