When i create a new Process, above error shows, what should i do ？

Hi @pitaty,
Please make sure if mentioned location or Studio is not used by any other process on your computer. Ideally would be if you could restart the computer and check if issue is still. If yes, then please attach full details of this error. Additionally please let us know which Studio version do you have?
