The issue has been resolved by reinstalling the Action Center using the new URL with port 1443. However, please note the following considerations for future installations:
- Action Center URL Configuration
- In Step #5 of the installation guide, avoid specifying the port in the Action Center URL. Ensure the URL remains clean, as adding the port here may lead to configuration inconsistencies.
- Load Balancer Configuration
- On the F5 Load Balancer, assign the new URL to your hostname along with the port.
For example:https://actioncenter.domain.com→hostname:1443
These adjustments should ensure smoother configuration and functionality of the Action Center moving forward.
