Academy URL change every time

When I try to access https://academy.uipath.com/, it redirects me to https://academy.uipath.com/pt-BR, and the display is completely messed up.

I try to change/ force it to https://academy.uipath.com/en-US, but the URL itself changes to https://academy.uipath.com/pt-BR/en-US.

I’ve already tried several approaches that support suggested, but none have worked.
Solutions I tried:

Immediate Workarounds:

  1. Force English Language in URL: - Try accessing: https://academy.uipath.com/en-US directly (replace the pt-BR with en-US) - Or try: https://academy.uipath.com/?lang=en-US

  2. Clear Browser Cache & Cookies: - Clear your browser cache and cookies for academy.uipath.com - The site might be remembering your language preference

  3. Check Browser Language Settings: - The redirect might be based on your browser’s preferred language settings - Change your browser’s primary language to English (US) temporarily - In Chrome: Settings → Languages → Move English to top - In Firefox: Settings → Language → Choose language for displaying pages

  4. Try Incognito/Private Mode: - Open an incognito/private browser window - This bypasses cached settings and cookies

  5. Try a Different Browser: - Sometimes browser-specific issues can cause loading problems

Nothing seems to work. Appreciate any help

Have you tried deleting All Time browsing data?
Or
Try using different browser?

Hi @c0Ld,
I could replicate this issue on my local, not sure why it was happening.
You need to delete Cookies from this web site.

  1. Open Developer tools (F12)
  2. Go To application tab
  3. Click Cookies
  4. Delete previous.Locale and NEXT_LOCALE or Delete all cookies
  5. Open academy without pt-BR (https://academy.uipath.com/)

Hi @c0Ld

Do you have the possibility to try a different PC on the same network?
Just to narrow down if it is network/country specific problem or with your exact PC.

Soren

Yes, it worked. Perfect!
At least in Chrome, this solution worked, thanks for the help.

Yes, this issue was initially detected by a member of my team, and I was able to reproduce it on my own computer.
