In the image you can see that Academy checked my answer as wrong, when i think is true.
Consider a Windows Server machine connected to Orchestrator using a machine template configured with 3 licenses (runtimes). If the only job running uses a background process, how many licenses are consumed? My answer was 1 because the other licences can be used in other jobs that can be linked with this machine. They are not consumed just linked to machine template.

As long as the robot is connected, UiPath considers the machine as “using” the number of runtimes defined in the template.
If your template says 3 runtimes, the machine occupies 3 licensing slots from the tenant pool, no matter whether you are running one job or two or three.
So answer 3 is the correct answer. Refer this documentation for the clearer understanding on this.
