契約方法、ライセンス詳細について(About how to contract and license detail )

日本のエンタープライズ企業にて、契約に向けての予算確保の為に、契約方法やライセンスの詳細について知りたいと思っています。ひとまず、開発版と実行版を1ライセンスずつで、FORでPC単位ライセンスの場合、どういった価格になりますでしょうか？また、契約方法についても、リンク等ありましたら教えて頂けましたら幸いです。

We are Japanese enterprise company.
We would like to know how to contract and detail of license, in order to secure the budget for the contract.

For example, could you tell me the price in the following cases?
In case of PC unit license in FOR, and One license for development version and one for execution version

Also, I would appreciate it if you could tell me about the how to contract, if there is a link etc.

I am sorry, I am not good at English.
if possible, I am pleased if you can answer in Japanese.
If it is difficult, I am glad if there is an answer in English.
