About an Utility Which We have Developed to Solving Some of Orchestrator Problems

With our client we have a challenge where users can’t start a process with multiple specific robots manually at a time. (Orchestrator 2021.10.2)
We could address this with dynamic allocate way but also we want to see which machine is available. Moreover, if we create a subfolder for every process, this would be very complex for managing. When we use previous version of Uipath Orchestrator, we could see all of this properties same page.

We have developed a utility ourselves to resolve this but we are wondering if this is a type of challenge that others users face. Do you also have problems that encountered in this way and have solutions?
