ABBYY OCR license problem

Hello Community,

Actually i work in a project in which i have to use ABBYY OCR to extract data from scanned documents.

I have a problem, when i pass one document in abbyy ocr activity on uipath, i loose 18 pages from remaining pages on ABBYY license.

In ABBYY forum, i found an example explaining how to calculate number of consumed pages for a document : https://knowledgebase.abbyy.com/article/1373

but when i do the same calculation for my example normally i have to loose 2 pages maximum and not 18 !!!

Please, i’m blocked. If there are a configuration to do or something else tell me …
