ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 license manager error - An error occurred when activating the program. Your license does not support activation on Amazon virtual machine
Abbyy will not work directly on a cloud based virtual machines hosted on Amazon or Azure. In order to use them on such platform, cloud usage property needs to be enables to the license key.
This will be taken care by Abbyy support directly. A support ticket should be raised by writing an email to VendorSupport_ee@abbyy.com. Justification regarding the usage should be mentioned. In this case, the justification to enable cloud based property is because the VM’s are hosted on cloud based solution.
