ABBY OCR engine to scrape folder in Citrix environment

Hi All,
I tried to scrape the selected folder name in citrix environment by Abby ocr engine by using activities " (Click OCR Text, Hover OCR Text, Double Click OCR Text, Get OCR Text, Find OCR Text Position)" and none of the activities are working, some throws exception as timeout error and etc.
q1. ABBY OCR and ABBY cloud OCR activities available in activity panel does mean it is active as fine reader i.e. we don’t need license right?
q2. how to check Abby license activation?

Can any one have idea about it?
