A task was cancelled

Hi,
I am a newbie and trying to setup my community version to get started.

However, i have problem to connect to the Orchestrator cloud and keep getting the “A task was cancelled” error. Had tried whatever suggestions offered in the forum, but still the same.
Any other thing else I can check? Seemed that many people also encounter the error but have different causes.
I had done :

  • uninstall and reinstall of studio (several times and using domain account, personal account),
  • re-do the environment (machine, robots)
  • change my platform name

Any replies would be helpful! Looking forward!

Could you try your full Orchestrator URL? It should look like that:

https://cloud.uipath.com/AccountName/InstanceName/
