A task was cancelled when trying to get asset from orchestrator

Hi there,

Currently I’m using orchestrator version 2019.10.21 and UiPath studio 19.4.4 (WIth System.Activities 19.10.1 and UiPathAutomationActivities 19.11.4)

We are using HTTP connection to orchestrator via robot tray and robot has no issue connecting to Orchestrator as well as able to retrieve the license from there.

However when we try to run an automation which consist of GetAsset, I’m getting the following error:

Source: Get Asset

Message: A task was canceled.

Exception Type: System.Exception

An ExceptionDetail, likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true, whose value is:
System.Exception: A task was canceled.

at System.Activities.AsyncCodeActivity.CompleteAsyncCodeActivityData.CompleteAsyncCodeActivityWorkItem.Execute(ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager)

From event viewer:

I tried incorporating a longer delay for get asset activity but it does not help. Appreciate your sharing. Thank you
