"A robot with user name xxx is not define in Orchestrator"

Hi,

I’m trying to run one of the things in the training videos, but am not able. It keeps showing the message listed in the topic. I will post some pictures of what I’ve done below. For now, I used the computer name for the machine. I also used Domain\Username for the robot. Please help me find out what is going on, so I can get to using this program. I am super new to this, so please treat me like I know nothing when explaining your solution. Thank you so much in advance.

Kindly check
–the machine name should be same in the robot tab as per our robot tray in our machine

–then type whoami in our system cmd and enter that details in Domain\Username field in orchestrator

–kindly check once with the machine key in both of them

try to connect again after doing these changes
this will work for sure
