A job that I run from Orchestrator Community is also running the same job again from the UI Path Assistant. How to run it only once.

When I run the same job from UI Path Assistant on the desktop… it runs only once!
Are you sure that you do not have any triggers configured in your Orchestrator?
Yes, there is a trigger on Orchestrator, set to run every day at 10.30 am
But the same job is executed again a few seconds later from Studio?
