Trigger is not working

i moved the process folder from .nudget and after sometime i replaced at the same position but when orchesrator is triggering the Jobs it is not updating anything/BOT is not running wheras when im triggering it manually it is working fine.

Please help

Ideally trigger and run now works the same way…so please check the trigger you provided

earlier same trigger was working fine.

yes i did but its not working.

Hi,

What do u mean by not running? is it not starting and struck in pending status ?

it is not starting,no status is showing in JOB panel of orchestrator.

Can you try creating a trigger for every 1 minute and chekc if its working just to be sure

i created one test process and added new trigger still its not working

can you share the screenshot of it? are you using classic/ modern folders?

Is that same robot machine or you have added new robot machine?

If its New machine pls check below points.

  • Check the machine is RDP enabled.
  • Check you have provide user name with domain ie., domain\username
  • Check that machine is having free session before triggering
  • Robot installed as service mode or not.

If its same machine

  • Check that machine is having free session before triggering.
  • Check you have provide user name with domain ie., domain\username

Also it will help us if you provide more information about your issue.
