Hello, I need to upgrade my Orchestrator 2019 to 2020 version but before that I would like to replicate the production orchestrator for test purpose. I have installed Orchestrator 2019 for test using copy of production database. While trying to login to Orchestrator I get 500 error. I get 500 after changing the database connection string in web.config to copy of Production database with UiPath suggested collation. From event viewer I got -
System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.DbUpdateException: An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details. —> System.Data.Entity.Core.UpdateException: An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details. —> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot insert the value NULL into column ‘Id’, table ‘TestOrc.dbo.UserLoginAttempts’; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
Earlier I had problem upgrading the test orchestrator 2019 to 2020, after checking with UiPath Support team I got to know that this issue could have been caused due to collation issues.
Has anyone faced similar issues or does anyone know how can I fix this?
