500 error thrown when logging in to Orchestrator.

Issue Description: Error 500 thrown when trying to log in via Windows Login/AD via Orchestrator.
There had been a potential error while upgrading, thus resulting in duplicate/half-modified rows in the web.config file.


Resolution:

  • Remove duplicate rows in web.config file:
