when I run the send outlook mail msg activity, its runs proper without error. but not sending any mail to outlook . plz give any solution

No you are using sent outlook message right?

Whether any messages are there in the outbox queued for sending after running the process check that @Rahul_Thombare

The mail you have opened on the chrome is configured in your desktop too?

Hi @Rahul_Thombare,

You need to install outlook in your local machine first, then only this activity works.
This activity doesn’t work with outlook from browser.

Here is the download steps for outlook.

Then you need to login to your account and then this activity works fine.

Checkout this video to set up office 365 and use outlook

You can use send outlook message activity which you have used only with the desktop application configured

Hello @Rahul_Thombare - The screenshot defines that you are using web outlook which can’t send emails using Send Outlook mail message as this activity always try to access your local outlook. Try with below options

  • install outlook in your local or
  • Use Send Exchange mail message activity
