Hello @Dheerendra_vishwakarma This error is encountered because the API you’re using or the account of chatgpt you’re using doen’t have enough credit and the credit which was there has been used.
Try using other account if possible or change the version of the chatgpt.

You haven’t mentioned the license type you are on but I assume you are using Community.
For Community license we have limited number of LLM calls per day. Here are the details:
If you’re using OpenAi then go to OpenAI this shows your token/credit consumption. And check Billing → Overview this shows remaining credits or monthly limits.

i am not using community plan i am using enterprise plan. i have published the agent and running job first time .
Ok @Dheerendra_vishwakarma then check if you have sufficient Agentic Units or Platform Units as per license terms allocated to your tenant.
You can check unit consumption from the consumables.

i am able to run agent in agent builder but after publishing agent getting thios error.

You need to check your consumables, as suggested. Do you have agent units or platform units?
Go to Admin panel in the Orchestrator → Licenses → Your tenant → Consumables
There should be Agent Units available.
If you don’t have Agent units at tenant level. Follow the below steps
