1 Open LOG File spreadsheet
2. Pick the first entry from LOG file where ‘Completed’ column-C value is not ‘X’ and Obtain the PAYROLL DATE (Column-A) and Invoice Date (Column-B )

in common folder there will be having multiple mastercostjob and sales journal file according to payroll date and invoice date we have to choose from common folder
then we have to read both file

  • excel file will be saved “Mastercost1-27-22” and “Sales jonural1-27-22”
